    In order to further standardize the school-running behavior and strictly assess the attendance of teaching staff, the school leadership has decided to make appropriate adjustments to the original "Interim Provisions for the Attendance Assessment of teaching staff", the specific content is as follows:
    1. Leave instructions
    1. Full day off。Teachers and staff are required to take full day leave due to illness, business or business, and must collectively leave for the school leadership (at least three school leaders are present).。When asking for leave, you should explain the reasons for asking for leave in detail, and after leaving the school leadership, go to the office to fill in the leave form。
    2. When teachers and staff leave the school, they should take the initiative to show the leave note to the security guard, and the security guard has no right to open the door without the leave note。Teachers and staff should take the initiative to register the time and reasons for leaving school。After you have cleared your leave, return it to the office for filing。If the teacher or staff is affected by the leave, he or she shall also apply to the Teaching Affairs Office and the Moral Education Office respectively for leave。
    3, more than two days (including two days) sick leave should have the relevant certificate (such as diagnosis, medical record or receipt, etc.) issued by the third grade and above hospitals, and uniformly submitted to the personnel officer for archiving, without the above materials according to the personal leave statistics。
    4, ask for sick leave or business leave to do in advance, such as leave after the treatment of missing post。
    5, if the staff can not participate in large-scale activities organized by the school due to illness, work, military training, art festival activities, flag-raising ceremony, staff conference, political study, party member activities, teaching and research activities, examinations, etc., in the implementation of the above provisions at the same time, but also to the school leaders in charge of leave。
    6. Cancel the bath time on Friday and leave work at 16:30 every day。
    Two, sign
    1. Staff should punch in and out. If the punch card fails or forgets to punch in, they should go to the office in time to declare。
    (2) Lactating female teachers shall be implemented in accordance with relevant state policies and provisions。Individuals should go to the office to register the daily feeding time, during the feeding period, out of school to punch in。
    3. Arriving late or leaving early (within 10 minutes)
    1, the cumulative number of late more than three times a month (including three times), each deduction of 3 yuan, and cumulative calculation。For large events and for class 1 and Class 5, teachers and staff who are late for class shall be subject to the relevant regulations of the school。Late arrival more than 10 minutes will be accumulated as personal leave。
    2, leave early deduct 3 yuan each time。Leave more than 10 minutes early as personal leave accumulated。
    4. Business leave
    1, personal leave half day deduction 10 yuan, need to ask for leave in advance, after the leave。
    2, personal leave a day deduction of 20 yuan, need to ask for leave in advance, after the cancellation of leave。
    3. Non-full-day personal leave monthly cumulative calculation。Every 4 hours is calculated as a half day, and every 8 hours is calculated as a day。
    4, personal leave for one month, minus the full salary of the current month (small discount)。If the personal leave exceeds one year, report it to the superior personnel department。
    5, sick leave accumulated more than half a month, cancel the assessment of the current year qualification。
    V. Sick leave
    1, sick leave half a day, deduct 7.5 yuan, you need to ask for leave in advance, and then cancel the leave。
    2, sick leave one day, deduct 15 yuan, need to ask for leave in advance, and then cancel leave。
    3, non-full-day sick leave monthly cumulative calculation。Every 4 hours is calculated as a half day, and every 8 hours is calculated as a day。
    4, sick leave for one month, minus the full salary of the month (small discount)。If sick leave exceeds one year, report it to the superior HR department。
    5, sick leave accumulated more than half a month, cancel the assessment of the current year qualification。
    6. Open work
    1. One day of absence from work is deducted 50 yuan。
    2, absent from work for two days, as laid off for 1 month。
    3, absenteeism for more than three days (including three days), will be dealt with according to the "Fushun City Teachers' Professional ethics and disciplinary Punishment Provisions"。
    Seven, miss the post
    1, do not perform the leave procedures, spot check is not on duty, the first deduction of 20 yuan, a total of twice a month missed, deduct the full salary of the month (small discount), and recorded in the personal ethics file。
    2, do not fulfill the leave procedures, do not participate in the school unified organization of large-scale activities on time, each deduction of 20 yuan;3 yuan will be deducted every time you are late.3 yuan will be deducted for each time you leave early。
    8. Labor discipline
    Playing games or shopping online during office hours will be deducted 10 yuan for each time they are found, and will be named and criticized at the whole school staff meeting。
    9. Full attendance Award
    Teachers who do not ask for leave for one month will be praised at the monthly staff meeting.The school will offer a full attendance award to faculty members who do not take a leave of absence for a whole semester。The full attendance award is issued once every semester, and the award standard is 300 yuan。
    These regulations shall come into force after the publication of the Faculty Conference on May 21, 2018。
